National Roofing, one of New Mexico’s oldest and largest commercial roofing companies, has promoted Jayke Padilla to Assistant Service Manager within the 24/7 Service Department. In his new position, Jayke is responsible for assisting the Director of Service with managing the day to day operations of the department, maintaining client relations, and providing overall support for the service department and crews.
Jayke has been with National Roofing for three years, joining the company and roofing industry in 2017, and says learning this field has been rewarding.
“I love that roofing is more complex than you would think,” Jayke said. “There are so many different dynamics, that’s what makes it fun. Every roof, every scenario, every customer is different.”
Excited to contribute to the company’s success, Jayke is dedicated to help meet the 24/7 Service team’s shared goal of overall department growth.
“My goal falls in line with the department’s goal, which is to grow the Service Department here at National Roofing. I want to do my part in assisting Rosio (Director of Service) and be a puzzle piece that helps us grow more. It’s not a one-person thing, it’s a team effort,” Jayke said.
