National Roofing, one of New Mexico’s oldest and largest commercial roofing companies, has added Francine Campos to their Executive Team as Chief Human Resources Officer. In her position, Francine is responsible for leading the Human Resources department by providing consultation to management on topics such as compensation, benefits, training and development, recruitment, as well as being an advocate for National Roofing’s employees.
She describes herself as compassionate as she always has the best interest for the company and its employees.
Francine’s goal is to continue growing a positive culture that focuses on success for the employees and National Roofing. She also has been focusing on updating the company’s benefits. Most recently the company added Parental Leave pay to the current benefit offering. This benefit will pay eligible employees to spend time with the newest members of their family.
Francine is excited to offer this benefit to their employees, which is unheard of in New Mexico.
Francine’s motivation for encouraging the best work environments goes beyond National Roofing. She hopes to help societal change in the workforce so that her children’s generation has a new, better standard for working environments.
Francine said, “It’s extremely important to me that I work at a company that provides a positive working environment for their employees. Everybody deserves to be respected as well as having a place where they can grow their career. I am also inspired to be a part of changing the working world, so my children have a positive work experience in the future. The working life has changed. It’s not just about profit… now it’s about making an impact in the company’s
employees’ life as well as the community.”
