National Roofing is proud to announce the launch of their new employee motivational program: The Creward Cup! National Roofing has always been focused on safety and quality (and has even received the National Association of General Contractors Safety Award for 50,000 accident free man-hours as well as Firestone's Inner Circle of Quality). However, National Roofing's Management Team decided that their crews needed to reap the rewards for complying with and succeeding OSHA’s standards. The Creward Cup has been designed to reward crews that implement the safest and highest quality working standards. Crew's that exceed all expectations will be rewarded with a cash bonus each quarter.
This initiative is a true representation of how National Roofing not only values the services they provide, but also that they feel strongly about recognizing their crew's efforts. A program such as the Creward Cup illustrates how National Roofing only trains and keeps the best employees in the industry.
